Autism schools in Qatar

Hi
Hope you can help, we have an 8 yr old daughter with high functioning autism. My husband has been offered a job in doha and wondered if there are any good autism schools?
We also have a 12 yr old son and wondered which are the best schools to look at please. He is currently in grammar school in the uk.
