Schools in Montevideo

Hi! We're interested in relocating to Montevideo and are in the process of researching school options for our 10 y.o. daughter. She is very bright, outgoing and we're not worrying about her adapting, but none of us currently speak much Spanish. We've looked at some school options and the emphasis in the private schools seems to be on learning English w/ 'parallel curricula', which we assume means half in English and half in Spanish? There doesn't seem to be an emphasis on Spanish as a second language (which makes perfect sense); so, we would be interested in others experiences and recommendations for how to ease the adaptation period as she becomes fluent in Spanish. Also, any recommendations on schools would be great!
