Voltage Enquiry?

Can someone tell me,if i need transformer/regulator if i want to take and use electrical appliances in Romania?

Some people have told me i need,others say no i dont.

I am currently in UK,so appliances are for 240V(UK),but Romania is 230V;will i have a problem?
