I am an Englishman living in Brasov/Bucharest and have an interest with the situation of captive animals in Romania.
I am looking to make contact with ex-pats who may have a similar interest. I am (together with my wife who is Romanian) in the process of establishing a Nature Conservation Centre with one of the aims of supplying training for zoo-keepers in an effort to help bring the zoos here to acceptable standards.
