How to see doctor in Romania (english-speaking)??

I'm not an expat here yet (I have come as a tourist and will see if I can get a contract to work and stay before I am forced to leave).

However, I have something that I wish to consult a doctor about, possibly to get medication.

What's the best way for me to do this? I speak zero Romanian, am not an EU national, and don't have valid medical insurance (though I suppose I could buy it if tourists are allowed).
