US Citizen in Romania

Hey guys! My name is Irina. I am a Romanian citizen and my boyfriend is American. We would like to move to Bucharest together but he only speaks English. We don't even know what he could do (other than IT) if he does not speak Romanian. Do you have any suggestions? Is anyone in the same situation like us? If so, please give me examples of jobs he could do. Thanks!
