Moving to Cluj with kids

Hello!

My husband and I are looking to move to Cluj, Romania next fall. My husband and two children (will be 6 and 2 when we move) also have Romanian citizenship. My husband already has a remote tech job so we do not have to worry about income. We currently live in the States, but we've fallen in love with Cluj.

I'm wondering if anyone has advice being Expats in Cluj? How are the local schools? I want to avoid international schools due to price.
