I am looking for information on writing my will. I have a Romanian wife and my assets here are covered by Romanian jurisdiction (I was given the choice when getting married as to whether I wanted my assets under UK or 'local' Romanian jurisdiction)
However, I also have a share in property (family home) in the UK.
I need to find out if anyone knows a good solicitor here (I live in Tirgu Mures)
Obviously, I need to establish whether my UK property is under Romanian jurisdiction (and therefore whether my wife will be entitled to that property when I die)
