Searching for a correspondant to complete a Cost of living survey

Hi,

I'm working in a company based in Switzerland that produces twice a year a cost of living survey in Jeddah. These reports are used by multinationals and governments when relocating employees from one city to another. We are looking for a correspondant to conduct the survey in March 2005.
