I have a dream

I have a dream… the pursuit of happiness.
On June 20th, 1998 my husband separated from the US Air Force after just returning from Iraq. His choice to separate came from no longer wanting to endure the long, devastating separations of our very close knit family. From July 08 to January 09 while he collected unemployment and searched fervently for work, I carried my family (husband and 2 children) with my very low paying job. After 7 months of my husband searching for work, and on the verge of losing the roof over our heads, he was finally offered a job on January 20th in Saudi Arabia working for Boeing ISS doing what he did in the AF. Our prayers had been answered. He would fly to Saudi and we would join him after 90 days, living in a villa on a highly secure and beautiful Jadawel City Compound.
It is March and my husband has been in Saudi since January 30th. I have just found out that my x-husband is, without reason, refusing to give consent for my daughter’s visa for travel to Saudi. I have primary custody and he only has visitations for six weeks in the summers. He is active duty Air Force and has just volunteered for a one year remote assignment to Osan AB in South Korea where I have to send my daughter for her visitation with him this summer to comply with the custody order though I am terrified to send her there.
Because my x’s refusal to consent to my daughters visa, I must remain in the US with my two children. I cannot see my husband and my 2 year old son cannot know his daddy. My life is being controlled by my x. He loves that he has the upper hand and can have this much control over my life. I feel like his pawn. I don’t feel like an American with the right to pursue happiness because happiness is being with my husband and my two children. How is this possible? I will stop at nothing until I have back, my constitutional right of the pursuit of happiness.
