Want to leave Saudi Arabia

Dear All,

I cam to Saudi Arabia as assistant professor in University on 03/09/2013 but I am not happy here and want to leave the country. However, my university is not allowing to leave the country. The are asking me to pay SAR 20,000 two months salary which I do not have.

My medical has also failed as I have Hepatitis C ve+. Kindly guide me how can i leave the country as early as possible.
