Do you need experienced ESL instructors at your College?

I'm writing from the USA. I'd worked in Oman for about 6 years and would like to learn about the experiences of teachers in Saudi. I know Princess Noora continues to need a lot of teachers. I wondered about the best agencies to hire on with? I'm older also, are you or do you work with teachers in their late 50's and early 60's?
