Problem with my sponsor !!

dear experts, please help me.. i m stuck in a situation and i dont know what to do..

i m working in a company in Dammam for around 3 years and i was a local transfer. now i am getting a better opportunity in an other company and as per my contract and the company policy i have submitted my resignation in one month advance, now the owner of the company says that he needs a 90 Days advance notice only then he will give me release.
kindly tell me what i can do in this situation.
what if i go to Labor court and file a case against the owner but then he says that he didn't accept my resignation, in this situation what can i do.

PS:
- My direct manager has accepted my resignation.
- the other company does not have any new visa.
- my current employer is in Green Category.
