Seeing a Doctor

Hi,

My husband is in Riyadh and wants to see a GP for a routine matter. He has health insurance through his work. I have called the number and they said you have to go to a hospital to see a Doctor. Just wanted to check that you actually have to go to a hospital rather than a Doctors practice like we have in UK as normally I thought hospitals was for more serious stuff? Any advice greatly appreciated.
