Notary Services Needed

I am in desperate need of a notary in the Yanbu, KSA area. The nearest service of this type in in Jeddah at the US Consulate. Between my busy work schedule and appointment times available through the US Consulate website and 3 plus hours travel time one way by car; its been nearly impossible to get this done.
Basically I need a form notarized so my son who lives back in the US can renew his passport prior to us traveling on my next R&R in August. If there is anyone in or around the Yanbu area that can provide this service, please contact me on this thread.
