How do I get A Divorce, After my Iqama

Hi!
I am now a resident of KSA, and thinking of getting a divorce here instead, after a gruelling, arduous and expensive tries at getting annulled in the philippines 3 times. Just am lucky with lawyers who serve no one but only for money.

I was told by an aunt who used to be a representative in the PI, that it is possible, as long as one is a resident of another country, that person can get a divorce.

I just want another idea or opinion on this, if it is possible, and how long, and if anyone knows someone, a lawyer who can do this.

Thank you in advance for even taking time to read.
