Pregnant expat

I'm really interested in finding out others experiences here in Saudi when it comes to having a baby here. Any feedback and advise is welcome as long as its coming from a helpful place. I have a Dr but I just feel like there is such a cultural divide, and lack of information, or explaining of things here. I live in Hofuf (not a compound)
