How to save money on medicines in Saudyi Arabia

Hi everyone.

When i came to KSA i noticed that medicines are wery expensive there.
My friend offered me to order medicines from Ukraine, where he came from. Prices are really good, but i never used Ukrainian pills.

Mayby somebody has such experience?
