A few questions about Dharan

Hello,
Thinking of moving to Dharhan. Have a few questions I hope you can help with.
How are the schools? I saw one post say the school only goes to 9th grade. Is this correct? Is there a high school?
Also, are you allowed to practice your faith? For example, are their Catholic services you can attend on Sundays or is it all underground services?
