Volunteer in March

I am accompanying my husband to Al Ula for 4 weeks in March and although I am a physician by training, they do not require my services, so I would like something to do, during my stay there.
I am fluent in both English an Spanish can be a tutor or a conversation partner, also help with cultural aspects etc.
I am willing to do any tasks administrative, answer phones email etc and will not require accommodation or transport in
