possible move to Jubail Saudi Arabia

I am in discussion for a job in Jubail KSA.
Salary offered is 30K + 20K SAR education allowance for each kid.

I have a wife 2 daughters on in grade 1 and other in grade 6 right now studying in Dubai with a reputed IB school.
I understand that Jubel is not as expensive as Dubai. Can you give me a picture of expenses like for a family who does not spend lavishly but at the same time does not want to cut corners.
We are from India ...are very used to teh freedom in India and Dubai..what will be the life like for my wife and daughters considering any rules they have to practice respecting the culture of the society.
How much does a 2-3 BHK costs in Jubel in a decent compound?
