Moving to Scotland

My daughter and visited Scotland a few times. It is her dream to move there. We both love it so much. She is in her late 30's. a She has no prospects of work there - no type of sponsorship. She thought perhaps applying to school would be a great way to acclimate herself to Scottish culture. She has attended acting school in New York and CA. Although her passion has always been acting She loves writing, photography and filmmaking as well. What advice can someone give to make this dream come true.
