Preparing to Fly

I am planning to move to Scotland in May of 2024. I haven’t settled on an exact location so I plan to rent first. I’d like to live in a smallish town near the sea. Prior to renting I want to stay in cozy b&b’s or cottages. Any recommendations on all of the above would be appreciated!
