Having Baby in Singapore

I got a job in singapore. I will be moving shortly. I got my employment pass and my wife got dependent pass. We are going to have baby after 4 months. Just thought to check, is there any restrictions for giving birth for those who are holding dependent pass. I saw someone posted in other forum that it is not allowed for DP holders to give birth in singapore. We are confused whether to proceed to singapore or not...appreciate if anyone can give me more details.
