Private Health Insurance

Hello, I have been researching and in need of a Private health insurance plan for expatriates. I have narrowed my search and im focusing on going with Globalsurance who are a broker who works with the major international health insurance comapanies. I am getting into my forties and i think this will be a good decision for me and my family. Has anyone have opinions about insurance plans? Also as an expat if i didnt go with a private insurance plan will the government run hospitals be expensive? thanks, B.
