Looking for a job

Hi friends!
I am a 31yo planning to move from Belgium to Singapore for work experience. My girlfriend is native Singaporean, and we plan to work there for 2 years for then to move permanently to Belgium. Having only a Tech diploma I find it hard to find a job that provides a visa. So I've come here for advice, information and hopefully a job offer! Thanks in advance!
