Schools in Jo-burg

We'll be spending the last half of 2003 in Jo-burg, and will need a school for our three kids, aged 5 to 11. We're European, and white. I want them in a school where they'll meet lots of kids from different cultures, and which is safe and plaeasant, and they won't be considered freaks because they're foreign. I'm not mad about the idea of a very elitist private school, though.

Any idea how I should start looking? Please?
