Buying an Existing Business

Hello Expats
Is it difficult to buy a small business in S.A. What are the restrictions and what is necessary. There is not much online I can find that clarifies what an expat coming to S.A. must do in order to own and operate an existing small business in S.A. Perhaps a professional who is a member of this site or someone who knows one can offer sound knowledge to apply.
