Contracting for UK Company but Working in South Africa

Hi,

At the end of the year I am moving back to SA after 7 years in the UK. My UK company really wants to keep my services so have offered to employ me on contract for the next year. So I will be working for a UK company but living in South Africa. I would like to start a limited company in South Africa, but need some advice on if this is possible and tax implications etc for doing this versus using an umbrella company. Can anyone recommend some good accountants that deal with this sort of situation?
