anyone got anything to rent in spain short term winter?

looking to winter rent, holiday home/caravan/ ? to try it out before we make the Big move,
open to area choices but leaning towards andalusia at present - heard some nice reports -
we are mum 3 boys 10 7 5 & mayby but not certain 2 dogs, non smoker!!!!
i can provide references & pay rent in cash, we won't be on any benefits or anything. thanks
