elderly parents and fesability

hi there

I would like to move to spain but have very elderly parents,one being disabled, would this pose a real problem, are there any retirment complexes with safety features etc., can anyone help with this and any other issues of this nature.
also how do they stand with pensions etc payments are their any helpful books or information on this and any other relevant situations that could arise.
would it be selfish to ask them to come out with us.
then thats the next question, what work is there in spain and how do we find it from the uk?
