Working in Spain

Hi, we are hoping to move to the Almeria region towards the end of the year and will be looking for work. My husband is hoping to get into the satellite installation business as he has experience in this. Does anyone know if this type of work is required around there? Also, what are the approx. costs of having satellites installed in Spain?
