moving to el puerto de santa maria/Chiclana

my family and I are moving to the Cadiz area, probably El puerto de santa maria or Chiclana. We are in need of any advice as to work and schooling in the area. My children are aged 3&7 and we are looking to put them in a Spanish school and would like to know if any schools can be reccomended. As regards work, I am an electrician and my wife is a hairdresser, we have both lived in Spain before and speak spanish. We have never lived in this area however and would love to know more.
