Moving to Valencia

Hoping to move to Spain in Summer 2005. Have 3 year old son and 18 year old daughter at University. Is accommodation rental very high? Can anyone suggest good neighbourhood. How easy is it to find work? Sorry about so many questions. Would love feedback from others who have moved here.
