buying property in cadiz province

I am going to cadiz area this summer to look for property to buy.I a I do not know anyone there at all. Does anyone out there know of a reputible real estate agent and financial institution( ie bank). I don't really know anything aobut buying property or getting a mortgage in spain and am concerned that I may get "taken" because of my obvious ignornace of financing and house buying.Please get in touch with me thrugh my email if you know of anyone who has any experience or recommendations for this.
