help, we want to move to spain and dont know where to begin

we are thinking of moving to spain and r stuck!!!we have a 2 year old daughter so have 2 think of childcare etc and also jobs.i can do pretty much anything, office work, bar work shop work etc, my partner is flexible 2, he is a welder and steel erector but can do any manual work from mechanics to construction etc.we dont own a house so would have to rent when we 1st got there and we would like to eventually buy a house.we just dont know when 2 start!!!any advice please, we are a young couple.we alos dont know what area 2 pick ahhh!!!
