Resort, bar, waitressing jobs

I'm a current student and will be graduating from college December 2006. I would like to move to Spain in January 2007 and live there for a year. I've been researching various jobs and feel resort, waitressing, or bar work would be most suitable.....I reallly just want to live life for a year. Does anybody know of and credible programs or websites where I can find this type of work. Thanks so much!
