Deciding between Seville, Barcelona or Madrid to live

I am going to take a TEFL course in August/September and am trying to decide which location to take it in: Seville, Barcelona or Madrid. I want good weather, job oppurtunities and of course a nearby beach. Any suggestions would be great!
