journalist seeking case study-Bilbao

I am currently writing an article for the British property magazine Homes overseas. As part of the piece I have to include a case study of a Brit who has bought property in Bilbao (or surrounding area). If anyone can help with this or knows of anyone who would be willing to be interviewed (very informally via e-mail or phone) please contact me directly through my e-mail address.

Equally if there is anyone on here that is involved in real estate in Bilbao area, would love to hear from you as am also looking for collaborating agents to supply examples of property presently on the market.
