Moving to Madrid?

I am a U.S. citizen living and working in South Africa. I have been discussing a potential job with a Spanish company in Madrid.

Any advice on what to make sure is in the contract as far as benefits and about living in Madrid would be appreciated both my me and my wife.

Even where to look on this website would be helpful!
