Possible Short Term Move to Barcelona or Valencia

Greetings All,

I am contemplating a temporary move to one of these 2 cities for the months of December and January. I am looking for accommodation for 2 adults and 2 small children. Anyone know of a good agency? Any tips or feedback would be appreciated.
