annual 3 months stay in Spain

Hi:
My Husband & I are starting an annual stay in Spain for 3 months from Jan. thru March @ yr.
We have about US$3,000. to US$3,500.00 @ month to spend, from what we have been looking online it is quite possible to do so with that monthly income, would that be correct? any imput would be greatly appreciated it.
