welder looking for work

My partner and myself are planning to move to Spain by the end of the year. I am a teacher so I'm hoping to find work fairly easily. My partner however has been a welder and water pipe fitter for over 20 yrs. Does anybody no the best place for him to find work or do u think he's going to find it a problem. Many thanks
