I am researching several Spanish speaking countries for semi-retirement. Though once nearly fluent in Spanish, I now am a bit rusty with the language. I have no concern about language as it will not be too difficult for me to regain my Spanish. I would like any information from expats who live near the coast regarding small town living in Spain. I do not care for big cities, and have lived in tourist oriented areas for most of my life, so tourists don't bother me. I would like your personal viewpoints on life in Spain regarding weather, cost of living, ease of integration into the Spanish community, and why you chose the city or town you live in as opposed to other options.
