Graduate school?

I am looking to graduate schools for a Masters in Tourism and am considering Spain. My husband would come along and I have found most countries allow him to work while I study. He currently is a sales manager at a large car dealership. He speaks only English fluently. Do you think he could find a similar job in Barcelona or Madrid? Do many people speak English in Spain?
