Real Estate Broker

Having finally started the process of purchasing a property in the Costa del Sol area, I have somewhat hooked into an English speaking broker named "Your Dream Home". So far, everything seems legitimate. I've been in contact with them for almost two years and have visited them and the area the last two years. I also just made one of their lawyers power of attorney in case I need to buy quickly over the next year or so, to get something I think I would like.

My question is, does anyone know of them? Are they trustworthy?
As a Canadian, they said I shouldn't have a problem buying property (I can pay cash without mortgage) as long as I have a number and bank account, which I can now do with a lawyer fairly efficiently. We even went to an Notary Office to empower the lawyer, a woman named Clara de-saz Orozca. Am I okay with this? I can cancel the POA anytime without money being transacted.
