short term apartment needed next spring

Hello - we're going to be in Barcelona for two months next spring and need to find an apartment. It seems that they book up pretty quickly so we're starting to look now. We need a two bedroom because my 83 yr old father will be with us. Non smoking, no pets, Americans. Would love a clothes washer, also near to public transportation because my dad can't walk far. Any suggestions? Thanks!
