self storage and movers

Has anyone used any of the self storage facilities in Madrid? We have used Bluespace in Barcelona and wonder if there is a better alternative. We would like to hear if anyone has used Urban Store in Lavapies. Also we need help moving our stuff so any recommendations on who to use for a small move (no furniture - just a small van to fill with boxes/bins) would be really appreciated.
