Retiring in Denia

I recently visited Denia. I liked it very much. Unfortunately I was only there for one week. We drove to Valencia and spent the day there. What tips and or recommendations can this forum advise me as cost of living, housing, and general feeling for expats. Are there any expats who have moved there? Thank you.
