Hiring Help to Expedite Move?

Hello, we're in our 40s, hoping to retire in a few years from the U.S.
We're self-employed, and though we can retire on our savings, we'd like to occasionally work while in Spain.
Spain is famous for its red tape. My Spanish is good enough for conversation, but I'd be afraid it wouldn't be up to government-red-tape-level passable. Is it possible to hire a reputable company to help us with residency, health-care, and tax issues (plus any other issues that come up)? Any good recommendations?
